Cancellation policies

​

Please notes that Hour Passes and one day passes are not eligible for refund. Multi-day Pass / Rental Bookings will be eligible to refund 70% of the remaining value after deducting 30% administrative fees. Once we confirmed the receipt of details, it may take up to 21 days to process. You can email us a notice of cancellation with order reference at hello@oonique.hk 48 hours in advance, otherwise we would not be able to perform refund/exchange.
